Rizwan is a Senior Management Consultant specialising in Retail and Customer Centricity at Charteris.

He has also worked as a Business Consultant for Conchango, consulting for the UK’s Top 100 commercial organisations, developing and implementing cross-channel strategy and customer experience, with a focus on brand, service differentiation, digital strategy, culture change and innovation. Previous to this Rizwan was a Consultant at Logica, working on large scale business transformation projects, covering systems thinking, business cases, BPR, benefits realization, organizational change and performance improvement.
